Teresa Kammerer | Violin
Studied at the Academy of Music Hanns Eisler Berlin with Prof. Stephan Picard, gaining her diploma in 2003. Scholarships from the German-American Fulbright Commission and the DAAD. Continued her studies at Indiana University in Bloomington (USA) with Prof. Mauricio Fuks, sponsored by the German-American Fulbright Commission and the DAAD.
Acquired postgraduate concert exam at the Academy of Music Cologne with Prof. Mihaela Martin. 1st prize in the national finals of the Jugend Musiziert competition. Receives sponsorship from the Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben and the Jürgen Ponto Foundation. Prizewinner in the International Violin Competition in Bled (Slovenia) and the violin competition of the Ibolyka Gyarfas Foundation Berlin. From 2001-2004 scholarship from the Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes.
Member of the Konzerthaus Orchestra Berlin since 2006, from 2007 sub-principal 1st. Violin.
